The College Type: Can you guarantee that my child will be accepted into their dream college or university?

No, I cannot guarantee that the application essay (or, supplemental essays) will ensure acceptance to any college or university. However, I can help your student to address the essay prompts, brainstorm, and proofread/edit rough and final drafts. 

The College Type: How long does the process of writing a college application essay take?

Each essay is as different as the students themselves. This is a process and the length and effort depends greatly on the student with whom I am working. On average, students tend to require at least two in-person meetings and numerous online exchanges. However, some students need less in-person attention while others require more. 

Tutoring: Can you guarantee that my child will receive a 5 on the AP Literature and Composition exam? 

No, I cannot guarantee that your student will receive a 5 on the AP Literature and Composition exam. There are many factors that influence how a student performs on the exam and none of us know how any factor will affect an individual student. I can assist your student in preparing for the exam and help them build confidence in their abilities.
